The Story Behind The Portfolio.

Basahing Mabuti bka may mabingwit kang kaalaman:

Eto po yung portfolio na tinatawag sa stock market. yung mga adik sa investing alam na nila pasikot sikot nito.. pero eto ay isinulat ko para sa mga taong walang kamalayan sa salitang Investments.

I learned some stuff in the Stock Market investing in myself willingness to research and of course continues learning from the people who already did it.

Since high school hanggang mag college, until I became a seafarer " NO ONE " ever teach me how to MULTIPLY my money without,...

* WORKING

* SELLING

* RECRUITING

* ANY EXECESSIVE EFFORT

in short " parang nag fe facebook ka lang "

yung mga matatalino at genuis kung classmate , mga teacher ko nung highschool at college, at even sa kumpanya na pinapasukan ko ngayon, walang nkapag turo sa akin. kaya later ok npag isip isip ko di nga pla nila ako matuturuan kasi pare parehas kaming empleyado.

nasumpungan ko siya isang araw na parang aksidente. iniisip ko tuloy nung pag ka graduate ko ciguro nung highschool or college kung may nkapag turo lang sa akin makapag invest ng maaga bka siguro mayaman pa ako sa mga nag dudunungdunungang empleyado.

So yung picture na to eto yung portfolio na tinatawag;

Portfolio simply means : A collection of someone's Investments

example ng mga investments: sports car, 10 million na bahay, pati nga aso investments na ngayon eh.. yung sinasabi nilang siberian husky.

by the way joke lang po..

eto ang tunay na investment:

 Investments is a stuff that appreciate its value overtime, it gives a money into your pocket and gave you some confidence in times of famine.

Hyper millionaire people know that investments is the opposite of what I have said.

 so eto portfolio tinakpan ko yung other data kasi bka mahalata nila na 5 k lang pala yung investments ko. hehehe.. yup! and did you know that you can start investing in the Philippine Stock Market for as low as 5,000 pesos? wow amazing!!!

Di ko po pinag yayabang itong portfolio ko, kung alam nyo lang yung ibang investors Million and Billion ang portfolio nila.

Pinapakita ko po ito upang kapulutan ng aral at kung paano lalago ang perang pinag kakatiwala sa atin ni God.

sa mga gustong mangutang pasenya na po kayo sa retirement ko pa po yan kukuhain. hihihih... para pag medyo hayahay nalang.

at lalo kang ma aamaze!!! pag nalaman mong pwede ka maging milyonaryo dito, sa totong buhay. hindi yung swertehan ha na parang loto! ang stock market ay totoo.. try mo i google: Philippine Stock Market ayaw mo maniwala? sakay ka ng taxi pahatid ka sa Philippine stock exchange ortigas or makati ngayon pag nakita mo na yung building ng PSE ( philippine stock exchange ) sabihin mo sa akin SCAM ako. hehehe.

nakita nyo ba yung color green sa dulo na number? yung almost 10 % na gain? yan yung cemex na company na binili ko kumpanya ng semento. sabi nila maganda daw dahil magtatayo si digong ng maraming condo, well we will see.

as off now 10 % ang tinubo ng pera ko sa knila. just imagine if nag invest ako ng 1 million sa knila. kung may tubo na akong 10 % almost 100 k na yun. tapos less the tax and chuvacheness..

so sa 100 K kikitain natin yun kahit di mo pag trabahuhan at di mo pag pawisan.. sabi ko nga eh. parang nag pe facebook lang..

may " RISK " ba ang investments? " SYEMPRE " buhay ko at buhay mo laging nasa risk kahit nag lalakad ka lang sa kalye bigla ka nahagip ng sasakyan. patay ka! ganun din ang investment.. pero anung gagawin mo para makaiwas sa disgrasya? eh di mag iingat! at wag tatanga tanga.

sa portfolio ko kita mo yung color red na number ibig sabihin bagsak of negative yung investment ko na yun. ganun tlaga buhay, ksama yun sa kalakaran. you should know how to handle a risk in investments, otherwise you will not have a good sleep at night. when the market is down.

kaya kung di mo alam kung paano magkakaroon ng kitang kabuhayan sa stock market investments eh pag aralan mo at hanapin mo ang mga kilalang personalidad na ito.

Good Day To My Fellow Seafarer's

I just want to share One of the most important lesson that I learned as a Seafarer and actually many of us neglect this thing.

Which I called:

" The Hidden Dangers of Seafarer's Publicity "

I know your eyebrow will move a little bit because of the topic,
but before you tell this is none sense topic read first so you may
past the mistakes that I've done before.

I will give you some Ideas on how you can take care of your hard earned money and some practical tips on how to make it safer not only you while you are onboard and likewise your family that you left behind.

1. House Design:

It is common to Filipino Seafarer's that when they are earning a huge salary normally they want to design their house that signifies that they are a Seafarer, which is not bad because we think that when we have the design in our house or gates having a anchor or steering wheel or a propeller, it simply means it is a seaman's house, am I correct?

It is simplifies the reward of our hard work while we are at sea for us and for our family it is ok.

But the big problem is what about the thefts? or any Kidnapers?
When we use that design you simply attract the thefts to go inside to your house and attract them to take all you have work for,

And what about the safety of your family? but if you design it simple, concrete, and yet lovable to live, you are taking a lesser risk.

so before you make your mansion, make sure the safety of your family not the publicity.

Publicity won't make you richer, It will be more difficult to maintain an extravagant lifestyle, especially if you are not a seafarer anymore.

2. Showing that you have a plenty money :

This is a normal thing because you have this bunch of money because you work hard for it, and simple thing to do while we live is to enjoy the work of our labour.

the problem is not you, the problem is the people who surrounds' you
the people who just asking their chocolates and other stuff when you came home already. but when the time you are in great danger, or in not good condition onboard. does this people remember you?

no they don't! because all they know is what you have for them this is true, and I know you know it too, there is so much stories to share about yet this one is one of the most.

The time came your vacation becomes plenty and all of the people who ask their packages or anything you can give to them won't help you.

or even asking the question, how are you?

3. Accessories:

Did you remember the news from the television before ?
a seafarer who is a 3rd engr. if I'm not mistaken had been shoot by a gun through a running motorcycle.

and one of the reason is wearing a gold plated necklace which attract the suspect to take advantage of him.

this is the question?

Do you think if you wear a gold accessories in your body in private places like in airport or in shopping malls do you think you will be shoot immediately? I don't think so.

The Problem with this guy is he wears his accessories even in the streets near in his home, so maybe this is not his intention but maybe he forgets the people that surrounds him that can take advantage of him.

Conclusion:

lesson I learned!

* Make Yourself simple yet you don't need to wear a clothes like a beggar to hide your wealth, but make yourself attractive not by wealth but on how you manage your wealth and your family as well.

* Design Your House in the way you love it because the definition of a house if different from a home.

House is just a concrete materials that built by the carpenter that can be destroyed in just a matter of any disaster.

Home is where your family find a refuge and where the love of a family develops.

Don't forget to remove the fancy design which the theft would be attracted.

* How much is your net worth right now does not mean you are secured until you grow old, don't forget that being an employed does not guarantee a lifetime income, learning and exploring money management is a great virtue for all of seafarers.

The Disadvantage of Investing: 

" Things that your financial adviser will never tell you about "

I know you are wondering what is about my topic on my blog today, and I know you are curious and interested to read about.

Here are some of my brain storming evidence that  will unlock your imagination so that

you will have an Idea about disadvantages of Investing, know it before it's too late! 

1.     Investing Early

Investing early is not a good idea because the time I receive my first paycheck is better to spend it to my wants that I can't afford before in this way I can tell to myself my hard work is worth it.

But investing early is one of the best ways you can lessen your time frame in working hard for a very long time as an employee regardless of your salary, you can rest ahead of time.

Disadvantage:

As early as possible you cannot enjoy all of your income in wants and other unnecessary expenses because it will be divided into your investments that will take care of you in your retirement age.

2. Knowledge

When you are planning to invest you will not invest in money alone, your knowledge should be intact with your investments. in this way you will have your new obligation after working hard for the whole day you need to allocate extra time and effort to read and study some stuff that related to your investments.

And continues educating yourself in handling your finances is a great virtue.

Disadvantage:

Much better for your to stay in beeper rather than using a smartphone, learning new things becomes tiring! much better after your 8 hours or work you deserve to relax and to enjoy your spare time in other stuff rather than dividing your time learning new things and your hobbies as well.

3. Rich people routine

If you will learn to invest, you will not be curios what is the typical routine of the rich people, who doesn't have any physical work, sometimes they are just sitting and drinking their coffee at their desk while they are just monitoring the growth of their money without working so hard everyday? unlike the most employed people doing everyday.

Disadvantage:

If you will not make any action to learn the stuff that the rich people doing, you will end up working in their precious command and demand, isn't gorgeous to hear that? learning to invest will help you to dream a possible escape in a corporate world. that everyone longing to achieve but doesn't have the guts to make any action.

4. Be like an Ants in the Bible ( Proverbs 6: 6 ) < - click to see the bible verse

If you will learn to invest and save, probably you will be like an ants that carries their food in the summer time and they settle in their caves when winter or rainy days come, they just eating their food and simply worry free for their daily consumption, because they prepare it already in advance and that is the time when they start early in collecting food stuff that left on the ground or in our dine table.

Disadvantage:

Much better to spend all of my paycheck to my monthly wants and unnecessary expenses, rather than paying myself first by means of investment and savings that will surely and possible to take care of me at my retirement age, much better to learn now to invest in knowledge rather than to become an " excess baggage " unto my children in the future.

5. Investing In Insurance

Investing in your own protection like Life Insurance will be a great survival craft into your family in the event of unexpected loss of life that you and me will never know how when and where?

Disadvantage: 

If you will not invest in your own protection like Life Insurance,you will be in big trouble whether you are an ordinary employee or an investor. having your Financial protection like life insurance is a must!
